Elsa Salonen

This young Finnish artist who was born in Turku in 1984 has produced a series of illustrations entitled “Unet” (Dreams) which were inspired by her country’s nature and the endless Finnish woods full of tales waiting to be told. Elsa‘s poetic works consist of approaching different philosophical themes and languages through her own identity and feelings. Her research is represented by using different media, from painting to videoequipment.
