Bill Owens
Born in California in 1938, Bill Owens whose works have been published in “Life” and “Newsweek”, started out as a free lance photographer.
In 1972, he published an incredibly successful book entitled “Suburbia”, a representation of American society.
Since 1996 Bill Owens’ works have been shown in the most important museums of the world , for instance at the “San Francisco Museum of Modern Art” , the “San Jose Museum of Art”, the “Salon de la Photo” in Paris, the “Museum of Modern Art” of New York, and the “Los Angeles Country Museum”.
